development, with proper controls to maintain the area's aesthetic
beauty, would help to generate a strong economic base for the city
for years to come. We've raised our children here in Arroyo Grande
and we know many of the people who live here. Our knowledge and understanding
of what makes life so great in Arroy Grande, as well as the problems
that need to be addressed, should be of great benefit to us in creating
this exciting, new project."
The Fredericks have conducted extensive studies and worked
hand-in-hand with city officials, planners and area residents to assure
